Brookes Restaurant Cookery & Wine School
Using the facilities of Oxford Brookes University’s award-winning Brookes Restaurant, participants at the school gain a practical insight into cookery and wine appreciation whatever their skills and prior knowledge. Courses cater for budding chefs of all ages, with junior courses being particularly popular.
Their courses make a great gift for friends and family, and bespoke programmes can be created for groups, parties or team-building exercises. They also run popular junior courses for children who love to cook. Local and seasonal produce is used wherever possible.
