The Bertinet Kitchen Cookery School

Set in the centre of beautiful Bath, and owned and run by French chef and expert baker Richard Bertinet, the cook school specialises in baking and bread-making courses for amateurs and professionals.

Richard, who is originally from Brittany and trained as a baker from the age of 14, runs the school with his wife Jo. He has published award-winning baking book Dough and is a regular on BBC’s Saturday Kitchen.
