The school uses fresh produce straight from its farm, Farmshop and 28-acre Market Garden to teach a range of inspiring courses.
With native breeds of lamb, beef along with red deer, its own creamery, bakery and smokery Daylesford Cookery School is the ideal place to teach traditional skills of butchery, artisan bread making and seasonal inspired cooking. Offering courses for every level from complete beginner to the most proficient home cook, their courses include practical, hands-on and demonstration cookery sessions to suit all tastes. Daylesford Cookery School also welcome corporate and private groups to enjoy bespoke curated full days, half days and evening courses.
