The ProCook Cookery School, is located above the ProCook Cookware Store on Tottenham Court Road store.

The Cookery School delivers an enjoyable, hands-on learning experience in a comfortable and delightful environment. Participants have the opportunity to utilise high-quality kitchen equipment to create delicious dishes while learning from their chef instructors.
Headed up by Head Chef Tutor Steven Carter-Bailey. Steven has been working at the Cookery School as a Chef Tutor on a part-time basis since it opened in November 2021. He was a Great British Bake Off Finalist in the eighth series and won the GBBO New Year Back Off in 2019. Described by Prue Leith as “one of the nicest guys in the world, a joy to work with, and one hell of a baker”!
They offer a variety of classes, either half or full day, covering a range of topics, from baking and knife skills to various cuisines such as Malaysian, Italian, Indian, and more. All these classes are organized and listed on their website’s classes page.
Upon arrival, attendees have the option to explore the ProCook store to plan their purchases with a 10% discount. Whether they are planning a class around shopping or a visit to the West End, the school can make arrangements for the purchases to be delivered to their home address. The school’s team welcomes participants into the kitchen with complimentary refreshments before the class begins under the guidance of the chef.
Savory classes conclude with participants gathering as a group to savor the dishes they’ve prepared, accompanied by their choice of refreshments, including a glass of wine or beer. Additional refreshments can be obtained from the bar. In the case of baking and dessert classes, a light lunch is provided as part of the day’s experience, and participants get to take home everything they’ve created.

ProCook Cookery School Classes
Half day classes are 3 hours – £99
Full day classes are 6 hours – £149
Online cook-a-longs run alongside some of the half day classes – £19
Participants work collaboratively to create a meal that they sit down and eat with the chef at the end of the class, or have the option to take dishes home with them. They receive welcome drinks (tea or coffee) and refreshments of their choice with their meal. They also receive 10% off any purchases in the ProCook shop on the day of the class. They also offer to deliver their purchase to an address of their choice.
