COOKERY SCHOOL ‘ASSOCIATE’
This year ICSA has launched a new level of membership for cookery schools who aspire to accreditation, but are perhaps not quiet ready and may need a little more support and guidance prior to assessment.
The new ‘ICSA Associate Membership’ provides growing cookery schools with access to many of the ICSA benefits and support, alongside professional advice and even some of the savings that full membership provides from our partner suppliers.
James Day, Director of Operations for ICSA comments “We are contacted on a regular basis via our website and social media by cookery schools who wish to join ICSA, however they may not yet achieve the full criteria, so we have created this new category to help as a stepping stone to full accreditation, if assessed within 12 months of joining”
The new category is available as a entry level step into becoming an ‘ICSA Accredited Member’, with all its benefits and status.
Schools and partners supporting ICSA and the membership are able to benefit from the ICSA community network and support whilst they apply for full membership, or brand Partner status.
Qualifying schools must provide an excellent cookery experience prior to assessment as they are either not yet ready, or have yet to be assessed (within 12 months of application)
