Check out these fab new courses coming up at Squires Kitchen International School with pastry chef, cake decorator, expert baker and author of Nourish Cakes, Marianne Stewart.
In this new course, Marianne shows how to make an entirely vegan marble cake that is guaranteed to please both vegans and non-vegans alike. Students on this class will also learn contemporary sugarcraft skills such as marbling, sharp edges and working with flexi-ice, as well as working with specialist free-from recipes to suit iced celebration cakes.
Marianne will also be holding a Nourish Cakes class in conjunction with her new free-from baking book, showing how to put a celebratory spin on free-from baking, with an emphasis on using exciting, fresh and flavourful ingredients that pack a punch to ensure it tastes better than any regular cake. This class covers some of her favourite recipes from the book, including the front cover showstopper ‘Courgette, Coconut & Lime Layer Cake’ and also the silky-smooth ‘Vegan Chai Latte Cheesecakes’.
Marianne is also teaching many other new courses including Ultimate Italian Meringue Celebration Cake, Champagne Bubbles Mirror Glaze and Buttercream Layer Cakes.
