Stella says ‘I spotted these guys on their first day of opening at the end of March near Soho Square in London. Loved the food, loved their style and so did many of the passers-by who crowded in to try delicious artisan French bread with classic French and Asian fusion food. Two Frenchmen, Thibaut -Creative Chef and Geoffrey Terrasson de Fougeres-Master Baker, met in Thailand a few years ago, and again in London where they decided to pool their talents and create a very different boulangerie/Asian fusion take-away offer. ‘
