The awards are an opportunity for Food Magazine readers to highlight the venues and products that they love and with tens of thousands of votes cast over 13 categories this year, it’s clear people are as keen as ever to support and celebrate the hospitality and food business of the South West region.
The finalists gathered for a lovely evening of celebration and excellent food Nancarrow Farm in Cornwall on 15 May, and the award which was collected by cookery school founder and CEO, Stella West-Harling M.B.E who started teaching cookery courses in Ashburton in 1992. Stella Commented “I’m absolutely thrilled for our team that the cookery school has been recognised as the best cookery school in the region. It’s a great reflection of all of the hard work we put into delivering cookery courses that combine hands-on, inspirational teaching with using the best seasonal produce we can find from our local area.”, says Stella.
Thank you to everyone who voted for them.
Close runners up were Rick Stein’s Cookery School, in Padstow, also ICSA members.
