The School of Artisan Food, where ICSA president Stella West-Harling attended what she described as ‘the most entertaining, thought-provoking and informative foodie weekend.’ The guest list assembled by the School’s founder and chair of trustees Alison Swan Parente, included food columnist Bee Wilson, TV personality and Food Historian writer Ivan Day, Sheila Dillon host of BBC Radio 4’s the Food Programme, and Bread Guru and author Andrew Whitley. Stella says ‘We had four speakers each day and questions after each session. Each speaker entranced and entertained us and left us wanting more. The catering was absolutely amazing and so generous we all felt guilty that we couldn’t manage to eat absolutely everything.’
